Daily Journal Prompts for the Entrepreneur
I started journaling in 2019 when I decided to leave the classroom to become an academic support tutor and, ultimately, an online reading teacher. I've tried several prompt structures from therapists, psychologists, "master manifestors," and even Pinterest gurus. Although they all had excellent components, I needed something individualized. I didn't want something too spiritual and I didn't want something too structured. On the spectrum of believing in manifestation... I tend to exist somewhere in the middle.
Do I believe that we'll get it just because we write it down? No.
Do I believe in the power of neuroplasticity, accountability, and visualization? Yes.
I believe in positive energy, good timing, healthy habits, self-awareness, and consistency. These things helped me build Lemon Tree and the life I've always dreamed of living. One of my favorite, most powerful, and healthy daily habits is journaling.
